Echoes of Silence

You know we've been avid supporters of the Toronto native, Abel Tesfaye also known as, "The Weeknd" since his freshman mixtape, House of Balloons. Tesfaye has come along way from House of Balloons though. Teaming up with Drake, he landed four features on Drake's sophomore project, Take Care. Echoes of Silence is apparently the third and final installment to the trilogy of mixtapes. Click the picture for the download. XO till we overdose.

Turtle Gang. Bang...Bang...

So we all know I try to support the up and coming as much as possible. Check out this talented group of kids out of Atlanta named, the "Turtle Gang."

Reasons to check them out...

1) They have a shit ton of potential.

2) They have an unbelievable amount of swag.

3) Who doesn't fuck with turtles? (You know you we're a fan of TMNT as a kid.)

I've had the privilege to burn about an ounce of really, really, dank marijuana with one of the members, Rizzy, over a span of about a year and a half. I can also personally attest that they all have something different and equally unique to bring to the table. Their style is definitely not reminiscent of the typical Atlanta rap nowadays, which is always a breathe of fresh air. Here's one of their group compilations below.
